The program is accompanied by a workbook that serves as a guide to keep you focused on the problem at hand and its impact on the business.
Which Impact Accelerator program is right for you?
There are four tracks that we offer under the Impact Accelerator umbrella:
1) Trust Accelerator, Accountability Accelerator and Influence Accelerator:
As trust, accountability and influence form the foundation of moving a company forward, these 3 programs combine for an intensive 3-day commitment that provides you and no less than 10 members of your team with up to 300x more productivity. This package also includes three 40-minute coaching sessions in the 2 months immediately following our classes for a nominal fee.
2) On-boarding Accelerator: A 6-month program, this program is perfect for individual executive leaders or managers seeking to significantly enhance their strengths and further an agenda throughout the organization.
3) Culture Accelerator: A 12-to-18-month program that liberates ideas from being trapped in the limited domain of one team or department. Whether these ideas relate to your customers, brand or new ways of working, Culture Accelerator can not only help innovative concepts spring forth with greater regularity but also institutionalize them across the entire organization.
4) Women’s Accelerator: A 6-month program that helps women build a network of influence, establish a presence as a leader and minimize self-limiting beliefs about their abilities. Participants learn how to define work and home boundaries to achieve greater balance and stability in both environments. Each member of the program will also benefit from an in-person coaching session every month that helps them take ownership of their goals and holds them accountable.
